6) Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the UAE only. Orders are delivered based on your location and the courier’s schedule. Free delivery across the UAE is available when you spend AED 150 or more. Once a courier hands over your order to your specified address, responsibility passes to you.
7) Return Policy
Return window: You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns of opened or damaged products unless the defect existed at delivery.
