Welcome to SupplMentor (“the Site,” “we,” “us”). By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We are a passionate team with over eight years of experience in the supplement industry, having worked with some of the largest supply chains and pharmacies in the country. This deep experience helps us bridge the gap between what customers truly need and what the market often provides. Our aim is to offer trustworthy products and honest advice that help you reach your health goals. We personally test and curate products and draw on real customer feedback to ensure everything we offer is proven, effective, and reliable. Our values—transparency, credibility, and customer well‑being—are at the heart of everything we do.

3) Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
4) Products and Health Content
Our products are dietary supplements; they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. All information, tools (including our BMI calculator), and advice are based on our scientific and market experience and are provided for informational purposes only. For medical conditions or specific diagnoses, consult a qualified healthcare professional. For general wellness goals, our products and guidance are designed to help you achieve your desired health outcomes.
5) Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates dirhams) and may change without notice. Prices may include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a clear pricing error or fraudulent activity.
6) Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the UAE only. Orders are delivered based on your location and the courier’s schedule. Free delivery across the UAE is available when you spend AED 150 or more. Once a courier hands over your order to your specified address, responsibility passes to you.
7) Return Policy
Return window: You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Process: Contact us via phone or email to request a return; we may ask for photos to confirm the item’s condition.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns of opened or damaged products unless the defect existed at delivery.
Refunds: Shipping charges are generally non‑refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect and approve the returned items.
8) Order Acceptance & Modifications
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We will confirm your order via email or when it is shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to stock shortages or pricing errors).
9) Promotions & Discounts
Promotions may be time‑limited or quantity‑limited, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We may alter or withdraw promotions at any time.
10) Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and designs on the Site are owned by SupplMentor or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or reuse any content without written permission.
11) Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to post offensive or misleading content, and not to attempt to hack or interfere with the Site’s operation. You may not resell our products without our written approval.
12) Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. Our maximum liability, if any, will not exceed the price of the product in question.
13) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, regulatory changes, or supply chain disruptions).

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be heard by the competent courts within the UAE.
