Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders delivered in the United Arab Emirates by SupplMentor.

7-day return window

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused, with the seal intact and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we cover the return shipping.

Change of mind

For unopened products returned because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Original delivery charges are not refundable.

Items we cannot accept

Opened or partially used products
Products with a broken tamper seal or without original packaging
Products damaged after delivery through improper storage or use

How to return

We confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 1 business day.
Send the product back in its original packaging.
After we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund within 5–7 business days.
