Welcome to SupplMentor (“the Site,” “we,” “us”). By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1) About us
SupplMentor is an online supplement store registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, run by a small team with years of experience in the UAE supplement trade. We sell genuine products from trusted global brands and explain them honestly: what they contain, the dose, and who they suit. More on our About page.
2) What we aim for
Genuine products sourced through established UAE supply, with batch numbers and expiry dates available on request.

3) Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
4) Products and health content
Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. All information and tools on the Site (including our BMI calculator) are provided for informational purposes only. For medical conditions or specific diagnoses, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
5) Prices and payment
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates dirhams) and may change without notice. Prices may include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Tamara. Cash on delivery is not available. We reserve the right to cancel orders where there is a clear pricing error or fraudulent activity.
6) Shipping and delivery
We ship within the UAE only. A delivery fee applies to orders under AED 150; delivery is free on orders of AED 150 or more. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy. Once a courier hands your order over at your specified address, responsibility passes to you.
7) Return policy
Return window: you may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: we replace or refund them and cover the return shipping.
Change of mind: the return shipping cost is paid by the customer, and original delivery charges are not refundable.
Refunds: issued to the original payment method after we inspect and approve the returned items.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We will confirm your order by email or when it is shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock shortages or pricing errors.
9) Promotions and discounts
Promotions may be time-limited or quantity-limited, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We may alter or withdraw promotions at any time.
10) Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, and designs on the Site are owned by SupplMentor or licensed to us. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce or reuse our content without written permission.
11) Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to post offensive or misleading content, and not to attempt to hack or interfere with the Site’s operation.
12) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. Our maximum liability, if any, will not exceed the price of the product in question.
13) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, regulatory changes, or supply chain disruptions.

15) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be heard by the competent courts within the UAE.
