Applied Nutrition ISO-XP whey isolate tub next to a vanilla shake, comparing ISO-XP and Critical Whey

ISO-XP ولا Critical Whey؟ أنهي بروتين من Applied Nutrition يناسبك — الإمارات 2026

الإجابة باختصار

ISO-XP is Applied Nutrition's whey isolate: lower carbs, fat and lactose, built for cutting or a sensitive stomach. Critical Whey blends concentrate, isolate and hydrolysed whey: creamier, better value, and the everyday pick for most UAE lifters. Both are Halal certified and Informed Sport tested — the right one depends on your goal, not marketing.

أسئلة شائعة

Is ISO-XP or Critical Whey better for a cutting phase?
Neither does the cutting for you. ISO-XP has fewer carbs and less fat per scoop, which helps if you're tracking calories tightly in a deficit; Critical Whey works just as well if your calories are already controlled elsewhere in your diet.
Can I switch between them?
Yes. Plenty of people use Critical Whey day-to-day for value and switch to ISO-XP when cutting hard or when a heavier shake doesn't sit well.
Is Critical Whey suitable if I'm lactose intolerant?
It contains whey concentrate, so it carries more lactose than ISO-XP. Mild sensitivity is usually fine with ISO-XP; full intolerance points to BEEF-XP instead.
How much protein is in each scoop?
ISO-XP is an isolate, so nearly all of each scoop is protein; the exact figure is on the tub label. Critical Whey: 21g protein per 30g, two-scoop serving.
Are both Informed Sport and Halal certified?
Yes — both are Halal certified, and every batch is tested under the Informed Sport programme.
Which one should a beginner buy?
Critical Whey. It's the lower-cost, everyday option, and there's no advantage in paying more for isolate before your training and total daily protein are consistent.
