أسئلة شائعة

How much caffeine is in ABE pre-workout?
200mg per 12.5g scoop. For a 70kg lifter that is about 2.9mg per kilogram of bodyweight, just under the 3 to 6mg/kg range used in performance research. It is a moderate dose, which suits caffeine-sensitive users and evening training.
Is ABE pre-workout halal?
Yes. ABE carries halal certification and is also batch tested for banned substances under the Tested for Athletes programme, produced in an ISO 22000, BRC and GMP accredited facility.
Is ABE underdosed?
On citrulline, yes. It provides 4g where trials showing benefit generally use 6 to 8 grams. Beta-alanine at 2g per scoop also sits below the 3.2 to 6.4 grams daily the research uses, and beta-alanine works cumulatively rather than per session.
Does ABE replace taking creatine separately?
No. It contains 3g per scoop, but taken four times a week that averages under 2g a day against a 3 to 5g daily target. Take creatine monohydrate separately and every day, including rest days.
Why does ABE make me tingle?
That is beta-alanine paraesthesia. It is harmless, it fades with regular use, and it is unrelated to whether the ingredient is working.
When should I take ABE?
One scoop in 250ml of cold water, 15 to 20 minutes before training, never more than one serving a day. Avoid it after mid-afternoon — caffeine has a half-life of five to six hours and lost sleep costs more than the session gains.
